Outreach Service
For those who need help outside our community centre.
Home Visits
Are you isolated? Do you have caring responsibilities or physical or mental health problems which make it difficult for you to leave your home? A Spanish, Portuguese or English speaking member of our experienced staff can offer emotional and practical support as well as company ar regular visits to your home.
Bilingual Support at Appointments with Other Agencies
We can provide bilingual support at appointments with other agencies, whether this is in their place of work (eg at the doctor’s surgery or the office of the landlord’s representative) or in your home (eg for a Social Service or health practitioner’s visit).

Except in emergencies, we are not able to see clients without appointments, in order to avoid unnecessary queues and to be able to give each person the appropriate time and care.
Our Legal & Social Advice Service is funded by London Councils and Trust for London. It has been awarded the
Legal Services Commission Quality Mark (General Help in Immigration, General Help with Casework in Welfare Benefits and Housing) and is authorised by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to provide Immigration services at Level 3 (ie including authorisation for appeal work).
