All of our staff speak Spanish as a main language, so children will be hearing Spanish on a daily basis. Children will develop their understanding of the language primarily through songs and stories. The daily routine will help them to start building their vocabulary, and so they can learn to communicate in both Spanish and English.
Our learning is mostly focused around stories, songs, crafts, and games. We also love to take every opportunity we can to take the children outdoors – whenever the weather allows, we put on our hi-vis vests and head to Kilburn Grange Park Playground!
We are fortunate to have a soft room where children can do more active and strenuous play on a daily basis as well – this room is one of the children’s favourites.
