Benefits, Housing, & Employment: Drop-in Advice

The Benefits, Housing, & Employment service runs a drop-in service on Mondays and Thursdays.

Drop-in times:
Mondays and Thursdays
10.30 AM to 12:30 PM and 2 – 4 PM

NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO DROP-IN ON THURSDAY 20TH APRIL, AND THERE WILL ONLY BE A HALF-DAY DROP-IN ON MONDAY 24th APRIL (10:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

Service will depend on number of users each day. Max 45 minutes per session, only one query per session/person. Please note that tube and rail strikes may affect the service – on days with strikes, morning drop-ins may be delayed. Please click here to check upcoming tube strikes. 

Please note that, although our doors open at 10 AM, the drop-in advice service starts at 10:30 AM. We do not recommend arriving early as you will not be seen before this time.
